Talking about liver disease on the international circuit

PHI directors Dr Tim Jobson and Neil Stevens attended the AASLD conference in Washington recently to present the work they are doing finding people who are risk of developing liver disease before symptoms appear. As well as a poster presentation and an evening reception, the company issued more details about the most recent developments.

News site Maddyness covered the story, running a piece by Dr Jobson on the PHI system, and specifically how it can help with the capacity challenges the NHS faces at present.

And Healthcarebusiness euro news also covered the story about the Somerset based start up, announcing that PHI would be releasing details of their new tool, the cumulative liver damage index, at the conference. The full story is available here.
