Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our innovative medical technology startup, Predictive Health Intelligence. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the development and rollout of our flagship product, hepatoSIGHT™. This position requires project planning, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the successful implementation of our technology across customer sites.  

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with strong project management skills, a solid grounding in health information technology, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management & Implementation 
    • Lead project planning and execution for the deployment of hepatoSIGHT™ across customer sites, initially in the Southwest of England. 
    • Coordinate and manage project activities across all stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to agreed milestones. 
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively. 
    • Act as the point of contact between Predictive Health Intelligence and external partners, including customers and suppliers. 
    • Support customers to ensure satisfaction and successful adoption of hepatoSIGHT™. 

 

  • Compliance 
    • Contribute to our culture of regulatory compliance, including CyberEssentials+, DTAC, and relevant international medical device accreditations. 
    • Ensure ongoing adherence to data security and compliance standards. 

 

  • Longer-Term Growth 
    • Extend account management activities to additional customer sites as the business grows. 
    • Continue to refine and enhance our processes and internal workflows. 
    • Support further developments of hepatoSIGHT™, acting as the voice of technical customers, and ensure end-user materials and workflows remain fit for purpose. 

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in healthcare technology project management. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and coordinate across multiple teams. 
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance frameworks (CyberEssentials+, DTAC, or equivalent). 
  • Familiarity with document management and workflow automation, including QMS systems and high-volume communication processes. 
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, including the ability to develop user guides and training materials. 
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers and service providers. 

 

Desirable:

  • Previous experience working in a medical technology, healthcare IT, or software as a medical device (SaMD) startup. 
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks for medical devices, particularly in the UK and USA. 


Work Arrangements: 

  • Location: Based in Southwest England. 
  • Working Style: Hybrid working arrangement, combining on-site and online work. While some remote work is acceptable, regular on-site presence, across the Southwest will be required.
